Supported by the European Regional Development Fund, TechnologyMall has been designed and created by VEMAS and the International Trade Team at Birmingham Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) in a subproject of DISTRICT.

VEMAS is a strategic alliance for machine tool and plant manufacturers in Saxony, Germany, which is networking with nearly 1,000 SMEs in the field of mechanical engineering and some 50 research institutions. It

promotes innovation and international, technology-driven business,
is very closely interlinked with the Fraunhofer Institute for Machine Tools and Forming Technology (IWU),
works 100% on behalf of and is fully sponsored by the Ministry of Economics and Labor of the State of Saxony

BCCI promotes business development in Birmingham, West Midlands, UK. Its International Trade Team has outstanding experience and is a powerful regional resource on international trade and investment with South Asia. BCCI's India Pakistan Trade Unit (IPTU) is a unique one-stop information shop on working and trading with South Asia which receives more than 300,000 hits per month and which will promote www.TechnologyMall.eu in one of the world's most dynamic emerging markets.

About DISTRICT

DISTRICT is an acronym for
Developing Industrial Strategies Through Innovative Clusters and Technologies.

DISTRICT is an INTERREG 3C Regional Framework Operation focused on Knowledge Economy and Technological Innovation. Four different European Regions - Tuscany Region, West Midlands, Sachsen Region, The Region Västra Götaland - will carry out the activities of the DISTRICT project. Each Region will lead a single component of the project while Tuscany Region - Lead Partner of the DISTRICT Regional Framework Operation - is responsible for the management of the operation and for the dissemination activities related to the project.
